Booking Terms & Conditions

OFFICE HOURS

8.30am -12:00pm & 2:00pm – 6.00pm (Monday- Sunday)

CHECK IN TIME

Check In time Is 2pm. Afterhours check in available.

If available, early check in is $10/ hour. Please contact us 24 hours prior to arrival to see if available.

CHECK OUT TIME

Check out time strictly 10am. Late check outs are not available.

PARK RULES

One vehicle per cabin and/or caravan park site. Street parking Is available. Additional caravan park sites will need to be booked for extra vehicles and boats within the park.

Behaviour in a manner not to Interfere or Inconvenience other guests.

Speed limit 10km (walking pace).

No washing of vehicles, vans or boats in the park.

No loud noise before 9AM; All noise to cease by 9pm.

Washing to be hung on lines provided, no lines from trees, fences or under cabin awnings.

An adult must always accompany children under 12.

No scooters, bicycles, or skateboards to be ridden on the roads. Helmets must be worn.

VISITORS

Visitors must sign in at the front office.

Visitor vehicles must be left outside the park.

Visitors must leave premises by 9pm.

Visitors are not permitted to use pool or BBQ facilities.

PET POLICY

Pets are only approved to be on the campgrounds. They are not to go Into or near cabins.

Pet owners agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by their dog whilst within the confines of the park and agree to pay for any claims or compensation in relation to the dogs’ activities.

Pets are to be always lead on a lead. All mess and droppings are to be cleaned up Immediately.

DEPOSIT

The deposit amount of one night’s accommodation is required at time of booking. This deposit Is non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival Should you cancel within this notice period, we will retain your deposit as a guest credit. This credit will be available for you to use for any services offered by us within the next 6 months from the date of cancellation.

If a cancellation ls made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, no refund or credits will be Issued.

NON-REFUNDABLE STAYS

Once your stay has commenced, should you decide to reduce the length of your stay or cancel the remainder of your reservation, we will not be able to offer a refund or credit for the unused portion.
