Cancellations and Refunds.
- Your booking is a contract that Harbour Lights Caravan Park will honour.
- Tariffs & deposits are not refundable or credited if your stay is cut short, or if you change your mind mid-stay.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive a credit of the deposit amount paid. Credit is valid for 6 months.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit. No refund or credit will be given.
- Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary after booking.
