Cancellations and Refunds.

  • Your booking is a contract that Harbour Lights Caravan Park will honour.
  • Tariffs & deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short, or if you change your mind.
  • Cancellations received in writing 7 days prior to your booking will be refunded less a $30-00 fee per cabin per site, however your booking can be transferred to an suitable booking within 12 months.
  • We regret that cancellations notified less than 7 days before the booking will forfeit the deposit.
  • The Management reserves the right to relocate or change the site number when necessary after booking.
